• All tours are being operated in Bali;
• The tour is private, it mean there is no other participant, just only you and your companion;
• Tour rates are clear (it means no hidden charge);
• Reduction for children between 2-10 years old as per price list;
• All tours include transport and English-speaking driver;
• Minimum 2 participants are required on tour. We will apply additional charged for single traveler;
• Bookings are easily made on website, we will send booking status to your email;
• Cancellation fee to 100% of the total payment will be charged if a confirmed booking is cancelled within 24 hours prior to clients pick up;
• Government tax and services (total 21%) are already included in our rates;

Payment Methods

Cash Payment

• Cash payment is accepted by our driver/guide before the tour is started;
• Cash payment is accepted either in IDR, USD, EUR, and/or others currencies;
• For tour package that is more than 3 days, deposit 50% of total price.

Bank Transfer

• All the payments by bank transfer is accepted;
• The invoice and account details will be sent to you by email or WhatsApp;
• Payment by bank transfer should be done 24 hours prior to the tour.
